Move your messaging without losing the rules
A migration is more than a contact import. The valuable parts are the permission history, the working journeys and the knowledge of what should stop a message from being sent.
1. Inventory what is running
List active campaigns, flows, sending domains, forms, segments, reply channels and owners. Record entry conditions, waits, exclusions and stop events. Identify overlapping Shopify notifications and automations.
2. Bring evidence, not just addresses
Export the data you are authorised to move, including channel consent, opt-outs, suppression and relevant customer attributes. Reconcile a sample against Shopify and confirm identifiers, currency and timezone.
3. Rebuild one journey and test its edges
Check a normal eligible customer, a recent purchaser, an unsubscribed customer and someone with an unresolved care request. Test the sender and reply path. Confirm what happens when order or consent data changes during a wait.
4. Agree the work and the follow-up
The 4 999 € setup includes the Blueprint, up to 10 flows, 40 original messages, one additional language, 4 layouts, 12 segments, two revision rounds and 30-day stabilisation. Custom integrations and data cleanup need a separate scope.
Examples use EUR excluding VAT. They are illustrations, not forecasts. The pricing page defines current allowances and usage units.
