Built around the store you already run
Turn order history
into a useful next step.
Connect Shopify customers, orders and product context to messaging and care. Start with an assisted connection and a data check, so the first workflow uses the right customer and the right permission.
Connected context, clearer decisions
Your store → the next step
Use the right evidence
What your Shopify data helps you do.
Data availability depends on the permissions granted to the app and the history available from your store. Confirm scope before choosing the analysis window.
- Customers: identity, email, phone, tags and marketing-consent state support matching and audience eligibility.
- Orders: customer link, timestamps, payment/fulfilment status, totals, currency, cancellations and refunds support care context and qualifying purchase history.
- Line items and products: product/variant IDs, quantity and categories support product-specific follow-ups.
- Fulfilments and tracking: status and available carrier links support delivery answers; they do not guarantee live carrier events.
Derived from history
The useful part is the question you can now answer.
From qualifying orders, calculate recency, frequency, spend and intervals between purchases. Compare first-to-second-order timing with later repeat orders instead of mixing the two.
- Which first-time customers have passed the usual second-order window?
- Which valuable customers are unusually late for their own buying cycle?
- Which product groups show a reliable replenishment pattern?
- What contribution would an additional order leave after variable costs?
An agreed connection
Make the first sync a check, not a leap of faith.
Review the shop, permissions, consent mapping and sample orders together. Importing a record does not create marketing permission. Keep transactional communication separate from promotional follow-ups.
- Approve permissions and verify customer/order matching.
- Check currency, timezone and the available history before analysis.
- Test a message and a care handoff before activating a live workflow.
- Grant order-changing access only for agreed workflows and approval boundaries.
